When attending online sessions, please ensure you have a secure connection in a confidential and safe location (if needed, you can even participate from a safely parked car). We will agree on a time, and I will send you a link to join the session. In-person counselling sessions take place at the Ashford Volunteer Centre (https://ashfordvc.org.uk) and at The Lake House (https://thelakehouse.co.uk) in Kent. Contact me to arrange a booking.

Low rates for a limited number of students and unwaged clients are available, starting at £35 per hour for both in-person counselling and online counselling sessions. 

Sessions last 50 to 60 minutes, and longer therapeutic sessions of 90 minutes can be arranged if needed.
