Counselling sessions are via 'doxy.me,' an encrypted online video platform. 

 For online work, all you need is a secure connection that's confidential and in a safe place for you. We agree a time, I send you a link 5 minutes before the session, you click on it.

 Contact me and we can talk about how you'd like to work and what you want from therapy in a free 20 minute phone session.

Every counselling client has a unique experience, and that may need to be heard and explored to find a more comfortable existence. 

Counselling and therapy provide space where you can breathe, talk, create, think and feel your way to your 'better life'.  

Low rates for a limited number of students/unwaged clients are available, starting at £30 per hour. 

 Sessions last 50/60 minutes. Longer sessions of 90 minutes can be arranged, if needed.
