Privacy Policy - Penny Grigg is registered with the ICO as a data controller and adheres to 'GDPR' so your personal data is safe and not shared with 3rd Parties. Your confidentiality is protected as all 'personal identifiers'; your name, contact details, billing etc. are coded and locked away securely. 

You are entitled to see your 'counselling record', should you wish to do so, however these are brief notes for the counsellor to record themes of each session and wouldn't provide much useful information, they are destroyed within a year of you leaving the service.
